Shipping fees include all duties, taxes, GST, and regulatory charges required by the destination country. The price you pay at checkout is final, with no additional charges upon delivery. Orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable international delivery.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping is available if you meet the Free Shipping Threshold. The Free Shipping Threshold will differ depending on which country you are based in. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery is available to locations covered by DHL.
Once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" on the delivery provider's website, we will deem the order to be completed.
Incorrect Shipping Address Details
You are solely responsible for inputting the correct address details at checkout.
In the event a wrong address is entered, we are not able to send out a replacement unless the items you have ordered are returned to us. In addition, We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for re-sending the order to the correct address after the return order is received.
Some common errors include:
1. The Shipping Address does not include the apartment number
2. The Billing Address was input as the shipping destination by accident
We will not provide a refund or replacement for wrong address details.
