This matcha is intended for smooth, creamy matcha lattes with just a little sweetener. Here is our recommended ratio to start with.
4g (2tsp) of matcha
40g of water
120 ml milk of your choice
1 tsp of simple syrup (or its equivalent)
Directions: First whisk the matcha and water together, then add your sweetener. Then pour the "matcha shot" into your milk.
If you like it creamier, add more milk. If you want it stronger, add 1g (0.5 tsp) of matcha or reduce milk.
