Recommended Recipes

This matcha is intended for rich, flavourfulmatcha lattes with just a little sweetener. Here is our recommended ratio to start with.

4g (2tsp) of matcha
40g of water
120 ml milk of your choice
1 tsp of simple syrup (or its equivalent)

Directions: First whisk the matcha and water together, then add your sweetener. Then pour the "matcha shot" into your milk.

If you like it creamier, add more milk. If you want it stronger, add 1g (0.5 tsp) of matcha or reduce milk.

If you are using alternative milks with some sweetener, reduce or skip added sweetener.

GREAT QUALITY! 💚
I am a fan of any matcha sourced from Yame, so I am expecting this to be great. I was not disappointed! The aroma of the matcha smells nutty and sweet and definitely tasted the same. It froths nicely too! Definitely perfect for beginners and for daily matcha latte drinks! Would repurchase :)

Perfect nutty matcha
Amazing beginner matcha, it’s so fool proof! I prepared it as a latte using my whole matcha set up and temperature controlled kettle but also cold whisked with milk and a frother. Both turned out amazing and super smooth! Love the nutty profile of this matcha too :)

the flavor is well-balanced, with subtle vegetal and umami notes followed by a clean finish and very little bitterness. the creamy mouthfeel makes it especially pleasant to drink on its own as usucha.

It's nutty that almost feels like having peanut butter matcha. Smooth and balanced. Medium-bodied. Has a rich umami that lingers. Creamy and naturally sweet.
